Heramba to acquire Kiepe Electric from Knorr-Bremse.

Heramba, an investment company, agreed to acquire Kiepe Electric, an electrical traction equipment manufacturer, from Knorr-Bremse, a manufacturer of braking systems and a supplier of safety-relevant subsystems for rail and commercial vehicles. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Kiepe Electric is an exciting step forward for our team.
