Empire Comfort Systems completed the acquisition of Montigo Fireplaces from CAI Capital Partners.

Empire Comfort Systems, a manufacturer of hearth products, grills, and space heaters, completed the acquisition of Montigo Fireplaces, a designer and manufacturer of residential and commercial gas fireplaces, from CAI Capital Partners, a Vancouver-based private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It has been a pleasure to work with the CAI team while we collaboratively and successfully navigated one of the most tumultuous business environments in recent memory.
