Empire Comfort Systems, a manufacturer of hearth products, grills, and space heaters, completed the acquisition of Montigo Fireplaces, a designer and manufacturer of residential and commercial gas fireplaces, from CAI Capital Partners, a Vancouver-based private equity firm.
