White Oak Capital to acquire a minority stake in RR Kabel from TPG ASIA VII SF PTE.

White Oak Capital, an investment management and advisory services company, agreed to acquire a minority stake in RR Kabel, an electrical components manufacturer, from TPG ASIA VII SF PTE, a venture capital fund. Financial terms were not disclosed.
