Sun Capital Partners, a global investment firm focused on leveraged buyouts, equity, debt, and other investments, completed the acquisition of Koch Separation Solutions, a provider of synergistic technology such as membrane filtration, ion exchange, evaporation, drying, and more, from Koch Industries.
