Sun Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Koch Separation Solutions from Koch Industries.

Sun Capital Partners, a global investment firm focused on leveraged buyouts, equity, debt, and other investments, completed the acquisition of Koch Separation Solutions, a provider of synergistic technology such as membrane filtration, ion exchange, evaporation, drying, and more, from Koch Industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Sun Capital and KSS share a common vision of innovation and continuous improvement to best serve our customers.
