Basalt to acquire Reconor from Agilitas.

Basalt, a dedicated infrastructure investment firm, agreed to acquire Reconor, a Denmark-based environmental services specialist, from Agilitas, a pan-European mid-market private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Reconor helps its customers meet Denmark's high standards of responsible and environmentally safe recycling, and helps municipalities with waste collection.
