Emvelo Africa Energy to acquire HCI Sun Energy Three from Hosken Consolidated Investment.

Emvelo Africa Energy, a provider of SSEG installations, agreed to acquire HCI Sun Energy Three, a company that deals with solar energy, from Hosken Consolidated Investment, a black empowerment investment holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
