Standard Investment completed the acquisition of Old Irish Pub.

Standard Investment, a Dutch private equity fund, completed the acquisition of Old Irish Pub, a European pub chain with 36 pubs across Denmark, Finland, Norway, Spain and the Netherlands. Financial terms were not disclosed. Together, Old Irish Pub and Standard Investment will further develop the bar chain's concept and accelerate European growth as part of a recently signed partnership. The expansion into new markets will build on a strong presence in the Nordic countries with the goal of building one of the largest single-concept pub chains in Europe.
