ENEA completed the acquisition of ProWind and PV TYKOCIN.

ENEA, a power generation company, completed the acquisition of ProWind, a company operating a photovoltaic farm with a capacity of 10 MW, and PV TYKOCIN, a company operating a photovoltaic farm with a capacity of 2 MW. Financial terms were not disclosed.
