Maigaard & Molbech-backed BioCirc completed the acquisition of Naturbiogas Sode.

Maigaard & Molbech-backed BioCirc, a producer of green energy in all its forms, completed the acquisition of Naturbiogas Sode, a biogas plant in Haderslev, Denmark, that can supply biogas to more than 12,000 households on an annual basis. Financial terms were not disclosed.
