Synopsis

Allied Industrial Partners-backed CES Power, an equipment rental services company, completed the acquisition of Infinite Power, a supplier of temporary and emergency power and climate management solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very excited to add Infinite Power to the CES family.
