Thoma Bravo-backed Magnet Forensics, a developer of digital investigation solutions, completed the acquisition of Griffeye, a digital media forensics firm, from Safer Society Group, a company that develops technology companies with the mission to create a safer and better society. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Magnet Forensics has shown dedication to innovate while closely collaborating with customers, something we also take pride in at Griffeye.
