Ravago Group to acquire a majority stake in M. Holland.

Ravago Group, a polymer recycling and distribution company, agreed to acquire a majority stake in M. Holland, an international distributor of thermoplastic resins and ancillary materials. Financial terms were not disclosed. The M. Holland Company is expected to continue its more than 70 years as an independent international distributor of thermoplastic resins, providing suppliers with strategic channels to market, and customers with innovative product and supply chain solutions.
