BTG Pactual to acquire Magnetis Investimentos.

BTG Pactual, a Brazilian financial company, agreed to acquire Magnetis Investimentos, a fintech company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition will give BTG Pactual access to a set of technology solutions and systems that have been developed for more than 10 years,” Marcelo Flora, BTG Pactual Head of Digital Platforms.
