Morgan Stanley Tactical Value completed the $77m investment in Korea Credit Data.

Morgan Stanley Tactical Value, a buyout fund, completed the $77m investment in Korea Credit Data, an SMB-enabling platform in Korea. “This investment underscores the recognition of KCD’s merchant centric business model by a reputable global investor. Combining the experience and resources of a global investor and KCD’s data pool, we plan to further develop and offer advanced solutions to enable seamless and efficient SMB merchants’ daily operations and cash flow management,” Dong-ho Kim, Korea Credit Data CEO.
