Medifarma, a pharmaceutical compan, completed the acquisition of the Colombian business of Corpaul, a pharmaceutical and health services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. This was a key transaction for Medifarma, as it financed the company’s acquisition of a new pharmaceutical business in Colombia. Closing the financing required coordination with the closing under the SPA for the acquisition of Corpaul’s pharmaceutical business.
