Prosero Security Group completed the acquisition of Emsec Oy.

Prosero Security Group, a supplier of technical security solutions, completed the acquisition of Emsec Oy, a Finnish provider cloud-based video surveillance solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Emsec is truly at the technological forefront and pushing the boundaries within its field.
