Gulf & Atlantic Railways to acquire Pinsly Railroad.

Gulf & Atlantic Railways, a freight railroad and rail services management company, agreed to acquire Pinsly Railroad, a provider of service to direct-rail customers and non-rail served accounts via transload. Financial terms were not disclosed. “PVRR and RDS are well-respected short line railroad and rail-served warehousing and distribution platforms, with an exceptional focus on safety, a fantastic team, and a diversified revenue base.
