Raza Heritage Holdings completed the acquisition of Frette from Change Capital Partners for €200m.

Raza Heritage Holdings, a consortium of strategic and private equity investors in the consumer segment, completed the acquisition of Frette, a provider of finest linens to the most affluent families and the most luxurious hotels in the world, from Change Capital Partners, a private equity firm, for €200m. “We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Change Capital and are proud of the results we have achieved together.
