US Oral Surgery Management, a specialty management services company that partners with premier oral and maxillofacial surgeons, completed the acquisition of East Hudson Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, a provider of comprehensive treatment planning and restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Financial terms were not disclosed.
