Automic Group to acquire Endeavour.

Automic Group, a financial services company, agreed to acquire Endeavour, an advisory firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The combined Automic and Endeavour team, operating under the Automic Group brand, will continue to provide clients with industry-tailored, outsourced Company Secretarial and CFO Advisory solutions.
