Valvoline, an American retail automotive services company, completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in HAERTOL Chemie, a premium antifreeze products producer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This strategic investment is part of Valvoline Global's continuing commitment to expanding its products and solutions to better service consumer and customer needs globally," Valvoline.
