Interactive Communications, a payment technology company, completed the acquisition of Incentivale, a marketing agency. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We have a good relationship with retailers and large companies looking for gift cards. With the acquisition, we will develop, sell and distribute gift cards more completely," Ricardo Olivieri, InComm Manager.
