Softnext, a tech and software company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in M TARGET, a provider of B2B mobile messaging and marketing solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. This operation will accelerate the development of M TARGET by leveraging commercial synergies and seizing market consolidation opportunities.
