Oben Group completed the acquisition of Terphane from Tredegar for $116m.

Oben Group, a modern industrial company, completed the acquisition of Terphane, the flexible packaging films business of Tredegar, an industrial manufacturer, for $116m. “The sale of Terphane completes a strategic goal that we’ve been working on for well over a year.
