Greene Enterprise, a waste management services company, Inbergune Capital Partners, a private equity firm, and Recinor, a waste recovery and circular economy company, completed the investment in Valogreene Recinor, a company undertaking a plant construction and operation project intended for the recovery of waste by gasification. Financial terms were not disclosed.
