Air France-KLM and Airbus to form Airbus Air France.

Air France-KLM, an airline holding company, and Airbus, a aircraft manufacturer, agreed to form Airbus Air France, an Airbus A350 component maintenance services firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This project aims to bring customers the best expertise of our two companies on a product as high-tech as the A350.
