Rivolier, an import-export company, completed the acquisition of Compagnie des Pet Food, a distributor of pet food products company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very happy to integrate Compagnie des Pet Foods into the Rivolier group. This allows the implementation of the group's strategy to strengthen itself through external growth in strategic markets.
