Alpine Investors-backed TEAM Services Group, a provider of household employment and home care solutions, agreed to acquire Devoted Guardians, a community of trusted senior home care experts operating 24/7, and Devoted Guardians Home Health, a home healthcare service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed.
