KLAR Partners and Nimlas-backed Sandbäckens to acquire EVIAB, Växjö Elmontage and El & Projektering Vetlanda from Storskogen.

KLAR Partners and Nimlas-backed Sandbäckens, a plumbing contractor, agreed to acquire EVIAB, a company that performs installation work in electricity, plumbing, safety, and electrical technology, Växjö Elmontage, a provider of electrical installations and services, and El & Projektering Vetlanda, a supplier of products and services in electricity, alarms, fiber, solar cells, and telecommunications, from Storskogen, an international group of businesses across trade, industry, and services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition is an important step on Nimlas journey towards becoming a multidisciplinary installation group in the Nordics. With Sandbäckens acquisition in electricity, we now have a significant operation in the electricity segment in all our markets," Mikael Matts, Nimlas CEO.
