Normec to acquire Horizon Data Services.

Normec, a provider of specialized TICC services, agreed to acquire Horizon Data Services, a provider of Non-Destructive Testing (“NDT”) services to nuclear power plants in France. Financial terms were not disclosed. This partnership will fuel HDS’ rapid development with an objective to broaden the range of services offered through internal and external growth opportunities.
