Vortex Capital Partners-backed Health Cloud Initiative, a Dutch company that creates software for healthcare professionals, completed the acquisition of Quli, a personal health environment that stores healthcare data. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Quli is an initiative of five healthcare organizations. They owned Quli BV together with NextGen Ventures BV and Ordina Nederland BV. I am grateful for all the support over the years.
