Fiera Capital completed the acquisition of Innoliva from Cibus Capital for $338.9m.

Fiera Capital, an investment company, completed the acquisition of Innoliva, Spanish extra virgin olive oil producer, from Cibus Capital, an investment firm that specializes in private equity funds, for $338.9m. “We are thankful to Cibus for its instrumental role in growing Innoliva and transforming it into a leading extra-virgin olive oil producer in Iberia and one of the largest producers of premium organic olive oil globally.
