West Fraser Timber to acquire Spray Lake Sawmills for C$140m.

West Fraser Timber, a forestry company, agreed to acquire Spray Lake Sawmills, a lumber products producer, for C$140m. “We are excited to welcome Spray Lake Sawmills to the West Fraser family.
