Synopsis

ZMC, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of InProduction, a provider of temporary seating, staging, structures, and scenic production for the United States events industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to be partnering with ZMC to help accelerate our next phase of growth.
