ShawKwei & Partners completed the acquisition of ZymeFlow from Thompson Street Capital Partners.

ShawKwei & Partners, an Asian private equity industrial investor, completed the acquisition of ZymeFlow, a decontamination of hydrocarbon process equipment company, from Thompson Street Capital Partners, a private equity fund manager. Financial terms were not disclosed.
