Mubea, an automotive supplier, agreed to acquire Cyclone Manufacturing, a vertically integrated full-service provider of 3-5 axis machining, sheet metal fabrication, tube bending, welding and minor sub-assemblies of aerospace structural components, from the Sochaj family, the Cyclone Manufacturing president family. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I have built Cyclone together with my family and my son Robert.
