Millennium Trust Company, a financial services company offering alternative custody solutions, completed the acquisition of Financial Processing Solutions Group, a company that develops innovative, technology-driven solutions for the retirement planning industry, from IPX Retirement, a provider of trust, custody, IRA, and recordkeeping services to the retirement plan industry, for $95m.
