Bright Motor Group completed the acquisition of motor retail business of Gowan Group.

Bright Motor Group, a car dealership and servicing specialist, completed the acquisition of motor retail business of Gowan Group, a seller of new and used vehicles and provider of aftersales services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very excited about this opportunity to acquire not just an established business but to further develop a strong relationship with Gowan Group as the distributor of such highly regarded brands.
