Aliter Capital completed the acquisition of Jumar Holdings.

Aliter Capital, a private equity investment firm, completed the acquisition of Jumar Holdings, a UK-based digital specialist delivering large and small IT projects both at home and globally. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Over the past 23 years, our talented team at Jumar has leveraged its collective strengths to help organisations navigate the evolving technology landscape and achieve their business goals.
