Leeds Equity Partners-backed Genius SIS, a software company offering cloud-based student information system software and training management system software for online learning and virtual classrooms, completed the acquisition of LiteracyPro Systems, a company that provides software that enables teachers and administrators to effectively manage their adult education programs and meet government mandated reporting requirements. Financial terms were not disclosed.
