Riverside completed the investment in Eastman Fire Protection.

Riverside, a private investor focused on the smaller end of the middle market, completed the investment in Eastman Fire Protection, a fire protection business. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Eastman add-on is consistent with Riverside’s investment strategy of aggressively growing the CertaSite platform through add-on acquisitions.
