Abry Partners-backed Confirma Software completed the acquisistion of Friskus and SmartTID.

Abry Partners-backed Confirma Software, a vertical software platform that acquires strong enterprise software companies, completed the acquisistion of Friskus, a provider of software solutions to municipalities that makes participation in activities for the young and seniors easier, and SmartTID, a provider of time and attendance solutions with the latest technology that help companies, schools and other firms to monitor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very happy to welcome the Friskus and SmartTID teams to Confirma Software. Friskus adds new functionality to our Civis product area for municipalities, while SmartTID adds exciting focused functionality that is applicable across most of our verticals.
