Nordic Climate Group, a provider of services and installations of cooling and heating systems, agreed to acquire Buus, a machinery manufacturing company that offers slurry ice generators and flake ice equipment, and Nordkøl, a provider of supply and service to all types of refrigeration systems with all sorts of refrigerant.
