Qvest Group to acquire TeraVolt.

Qvest Group, a consultant and advior for organizations and companies worldwide on the requirements of digital transformation, agreed to acquire TeraVolt, an owner-managed agency for digital media products and consulting in Hamburg. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are proud that TeraVolt has developed into a leading OTT solution provider for the TV industry. Our expertise perfectly complements the extensive competencies of the Qvest Group.
