Highview Capital and A&M Capital-backed GS Foods Group to acquire Lamm Food Service.

Highview Capital and A&M Capital-backed GS Foods Group, a family of specialized foodservice distribution companies, agreed to acquire Lamm Food Service, a full line foodservice distributor.
