Touriga to acquire Panificadora Costa & Ferreira.

Touriga, a private equity company, and Tagus Bread, a newly created Lisbon-based company, agreed to acquire Panificadora Costa & Ferreira, an artisanal bread bakery. Financial terms were not disclosed.
