Aurora Capital-backed Impact Environmental completed the acquisition of The Tarp Depot.

Aurora Capital-backed Impact Environmental, a provider of branded replacement parts and services for long-lived infrastructure across the environmental services value chain, completed the acquisition of The Tarp Depot, a manufacturer and distributor of spill-prevention containment systems, dewatering products, various transportation tarps, and related products to customers in the environmental services space. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Tarp Depot is a perfect complement to the Deroche business. While Deroche specializes in tarps for waste transportation, The Tarp Depot gives us a broader tarp offering, particularly in spill containment and dewatering products.
