Quad-C Management completed the acquisition of Vortex from Platform Partners for $160m.

Quad-C Management, a middle market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Vortex, a global provider of trenchless infrastructure rehabilitation products and services, from Platform Partners, a private investment firm, for $160m. “Quad-C is very excited to add Vortex to its portfolio.
